Our Document of the Month for March will make you travel over a hundred years ago! Ever wondered how human resources were managed back then? How did the corporate function? This month’s document is a handwritten Character Certificate from 1920 addressed to Hormusji Dadabhoy Bhaginagar, a glimpse of the employee’s record in the company. Notice the elegant cursive penmanship which is a rarity now.
