Locking and Popping it, the Godrej way.
Gordian Padlock became one of the most successful locks of the mid-20th century. Manufactured by Godrej and Boyce, the lock was designed to make any tampering impossible. It consisted of a hard metal body with spring and springless mechanisms to choose from. The loftiness of the lock provided it strength to withstand any damages caused by any direct impact. Here’s a drawing of the Gordian padlock from April 1950, detailing the inner workings of this mighty lock.
